Our Staff
Matthew Struve, DDS
Dr. Matthew Struve received his Doctorate degree in dentistry at the University of Minnesota. He has been in private practice since 1999 and has owned Lindstrom Family Dentistry since 2010.
Mission work is very important to Dr. Struve. In the past, Dr. Struve has traveled multiple times to the Children’s Shelter of Cebu in Cebu City, Phillipines. While there, he was able to clean and restore many children’s teeth who would otherwise not have access to dental care. As a result, he has formed a very close relationship with the shelter and the people involved.
In Dr. Struve’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and six kids, getting away to his cabin up north on the Gunflint Trail, and traveling the world with his wife Jamie. Dr. Struve is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, the St. Paul District Dental Society, and the Minnesota Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry.
Kindra Bratteig, DDS
Dr. Kindra Bratteig grew up in White Bear Lake and graduated from St. Olaf College. She attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated in 1994 with honors and was elected into the dental honor society OKU.
She has practiced in the Chisago Lakes area since 2001. She practiced at Shipp Dental Care from 2001 to 2018. In 2018, Dr. Struve purchased that practice, and she came to work with him at Lindstrom Family Dentistry. She is a member of the Minnesota Academy for Comprehensive Dentistry, the American Dental Association (ADA), Minnesota Dental Association (MDA), and the St. Paul District Dental Society (SPDDS). She enjoys connecting with her patients and making sure they are well cared for.
“Dr. B” lives in Scandia with her husband, Tom, and assorted pets. Her son, Joe, graduated from CLHS in 2022 and is currently in the USN Nuclear power program. She enjoys gardening, camper camping, and travel. She sings in her church choir, and the community choir, Unexpected Company Chorale. She is known for her laugh and her caring manner.
Lukas Gillett, DDS
Dr. Gillett was born and raised in Rosemount, Minnesota, where he enjoyed football and hockey. He went on to play collegiate hockey and graduated with honors from Augsburg University before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Gillett enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is dedicated to helping his patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He is a member of the ADA and MDA and is committed to continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry. Beginning in 2027, Dr. Gillett will expand his services to include dental implant placement, further enhancing the comprehensive care he provides to his patients.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Gillett enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, golfing, and traveling. He and his wife, Rhianna, are proud parents to their daughters, Noelle and Hattie, and their dog, Doc. Dr. Gillett is excited to be part of the team at Lindstrom Family Dentistry and to raise his family in this welcoming small-town community.

We have a highly trained and skilled team consisting of Dr. Struve, Dr. Bratteig, Dr. Gillett, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and office administrators. Our goal is to make your visit as efficient and relaxing as possible.
